cemarawin requires a government-issued identity document (KTP, passport, or driving license) and proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, or bank statement dated within the last three months). We accept scanned images or clear photos taken with your phone. Upload these documents in your account settings under "Verification". Our team reviews documents within one to two business days, though we may request clarification if the image is unclear or the name on your documents does not match your account registration. If your documents are rejected, we explain the reason and allow you to resubmit. Verification is mandatory before you can withdraw funds, so complete it as soon as possible after opening your account.

You can request data deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name, account username, and registered email address. If you transferred funds via Virtual Account but they do not appear in your balance after two hours, log in to your account and check the transaction status under "My Deposits".
